In 2014, we set out to change the way people travel between cities. There was something missing from the traditional methods of train, airplane, and bus. We felt there was a need for exceptional customer service and more comfortable vehicles with the amenities that the business or weekend traveler actually cares about. Instead of shuffling through security at the airport, trying to find an empty seat at a crowded train station or standing in line outside waiting for the bus, we thought people would appreciate a service that started and ended at a luxury location: a premier hotel or your front door. We wanted a service that was comfortable, reliable and affordable. That is why we created Royal Traveler.
In 2018, we launched our Royal Traveler Direct service for our customers who desire an extra level of customization and the same superior customer service. We were determined to provide a high quality long haul (2+ hours) transportation service that a group of friends or coworkers could enjoy from point A to point B (no cabs, car-shares, shuttle buses or other nonsense) at a price that would not break the bank.
We have been fortunate to develop strong relationships with our countless loyal riders, many of whom have permanently switched from the train or bus to Royal Traveler. Our guests include royalty, celebrities, politicians, and international travelers, who utilize our service for both business and leisure travel. Royal Traveler Direct service is available daily throughout the Northeast region of the United States.
